Rockland Homes was incorporated in June of 1997 as a vehicle to provide well located urban housing that was finished with custom features and yet was at a price point so as to be affordable to a large percentage of the home-buying public.
We believe that clients love working with us because we simply take care of business. We believe in being on-site for each of our projects on a near-daily basis and focusing on the specific details that are important to the customer. We've always said that we're in "the happiness business" and we work to ensure that we reach that level of service.
While our general focus is on build-to-suit projects in Dallas neighborhoods such as Oak Lawn, Uptown, Knox-Henderson, Preston Hollow and the Park Cities, we have also completed numerous additions and remodels projects throughout the Metroplex. Additionally, we have built out numerous high-rise condominium and penthouse projects in such locations as The W, The House, and The Residences at The Highland.

The plan is all about turning vision into reality. A clear roadmap that ensures your needs are accounted for, on time and within the budget we’ve set. It combines all of our best thinking in design and finishes, material requirements, neighborhood or community restrictions, system requirements, etc.

From the first meeting until the finalization of your blueprint we guide you along the way with detailed planning and consulting to ensure that your design and site requirements are in unison. The first step is getting together to understand the desires of your dream home and discovering your budget.
After the meeting, we will then work to finalize a blueprint and find the perfect lot. We give our clients as many options or as few as they want, and guide them along the way with experienced advice. Our team pays careful attention to detail, ensuring that the customers desired outcome is achieved.

Once the design details are settled, we’ll meet for an overview of the construction process. You’ll learn what to expect during every step of construction and go over the warranty for your new home.
Your individual construction timetable depends upon the home plan you have chosen and its availability. Thorough inspections are held regularly throughout the entire construction process. This is to ensure that each and every phase of construction meets our rigorous quality standards.

Your final walkthrough, you will go through your home or condo once more to confirm that all items have been completed to your satisfaction. With access to a wide array of local designers, decorators and suppliers, we can provide as much, or as little, help as you need in interior finishings.
With the home owner in mind, we build every home so that it is structurally sound, energy efficient, and crafted beautifully.
